One of Ray Bradbury’s advice to writers is to Fall in love with movies. Preferably old ones.” I was puzzled when I first read this. What does watching old movies have to do with becoming a better writer?” I’d ask myself. I was never a big movie buff but this is something I want to change. Not only to understand Bradbury’s advice but also because I’ve grown an appreciation for films as an art form.
