Clothing is an Investment
Many people who aren’t into fashion often perceive fashion as materialistic and an indulgence.
But I see clothing as an investment.
No matter your goals, you can dress intentionally to align with them. Dressing well not only boosts your confidence but also makes you more appealing to others.
Another common perception is that clothing is inherently expensive, but it doesn’t have to be. By investing in a capsule wardrobe, you can create a timeless collection that lasts a lifetime.
Of course, there’s a fine line where clothing can become materialistic. This happens when you start overspending beyond your budget, racking up credit card debt for a new designer piece (I’ve heard this happen quite often), or splurging on luxurious items to the point where you own far more than you need.
