Buy it For Life

In the age of cheap, fast, and disposable products, buying high-quality, long-lasting products is a more sustainable way of living.

One of my favourite subreddits is r/BuyItForLife, is a subreddit about products that are made to last. Whenever I’m shopping for a new item, I’ll append r/BuyItForLife to the search query. For example, I recently was looking for a pair of socks and found Darn Tough, a brand that makes “forever” socks.

For this upcoming Christmas season, instead of buying disposable gifts that your family member or friend may not use, perhaps try buying them a bifl gift instead.
