Exam Anxiety

Exam season is stressful. I’m sure anyone who was ever a student can relate. If you’re like me, exam season is a time filled with stress, anxiety, and late night study sessions.

It’s important to remind myself to not lament and procrastinate, but leverage that anxiety and use it as motivation instead. The cure for exam anxiety is action and preparation.

Study hard, it’ll all be over soon.
