How to Tell if You’ll Reach Excellence in Your Craft

If you aren’t thinking about your craft in your free time, you are very likely not going to be extremely successful at that craft. This should be things you are thinking about. When you’re on the bus, when no one’s forcing you, you’re thinking about this. Every person that’s really good at something does this. How do they do this? It comes from love. Love of the craft.
