Joining Meetings Early

It’s an unspoken rule of Zoom meetings, but they usually start five minutes after their scheduled start time to allow a buffer period.

Even though meetings start 5 minutes later, it’s a good idea to arrive on time and break the ice. Arriving early allows you to interact with senior leaders, build relationships, and be top-of-mind for potential opportunities like a promotion.
