It’s common knowledge in strength training that rebuilding muscle is easier than building the muscle initially.
The same is true for habits.
Over the years, I’ve built up habits like going to the gym, meal prepping, and intermittent fasting. During the pandemic, I wasn’t able to maintain these habits. But when I lived on my own, I could easily pick them up again. I knew what to do, I knew it would be hard at first, but I also knew that the payoff was worth it.
