The Best People in Any Industry are Artists

I don’t mean artists in the traditional sense of painting or making music, but artists in the sense that they work on their craft for fun. Whether it be writing, coding, or playing basketball, any craft becomes a form of art at its highest level as it becomes a form of expression.

A good indicator if someone is an artist or not is how they spend their free time outside of work. Artists can’t help themselves but work on projects in their free time. And it isn’t about how many projects they work on but the quality of it.
