What Got Us Here, Won’t Get Us There

Today, I attended an unconference for community builders hosted by David Nebinski.

A friend I met at the event, Neil, summarized the event well, “For many of us, what got us here, won’t get us there. But the beauty of today’s event is that there are many people here, showing us how to get there.”

Beautifully put. The magic of any community if practice is that there are people on all stages of the journey helping each other get there.
