You Need More Bad Ideas

Someone asked me the other day how I came up with so many ideas. My secret is that I’m not scared of bad ideas.

If I generate 100 ideas, maybe 95 of them are bad, but 5 of them are good.

And you only need a few good ideas to contribute in a meaningful way.
