Ascension

I remember first watching David Blaine’s Street Magic as a kid. My eyes were glued to the screen as I saw him perform these simple but amazing magic tricks to pedestrians. I started following his career from then on.

But his stunts were what truly inspired me. From being frozen in a block of ice for 63 hours, living in a suspended glass box for 44 days, and holding his breath for 17 minutes, his stunts pushed the limits of what is possible.

And on August 31st, he’ll be performing his newest stunt, Ascension, where he’ll fly across the Hudson River with a cluster of balloons. I’ve never witnessed any of hist stunts live before and here’s my chance as he’ll be livestreaming his stunt on Youtube.
