Building Your Own Credential

The best people I know build their own credentials.

They create businesses. They write books. They organize communities.

They don’t care much about where they studied or the big companies they’ve worked for previously.

Much because it pales in comparison to what the projects they started, which is a much more impressive credential anyway.
