Don’t Skip Morning Workouts
Most of my blog posts are just notes to myself.
There’s no reason to skip a morning workout. I say to myself that work is busy. But work can wait. I can end the work day later if needed, I do work from home.
My health is the highest priority.
I never regret working out. But I do regret days when I skip the gym.
Working out makes me feel energized, accomplished, and confident.
I say I’ll just workout after work, but that rarely ends up happening.
Working out for 20 minutes is better than not working out at all.
Tomorrow morning, don’t skip the gym.
