Incremental Improvements

As I’m doing a mock interview a day for recruiting season, I’m challenging myself to run an experiment or two during every mock interview. Maybe I’ll try out this new GAME framework I learned about, maybe I’ll try adding a tradeoffs section at the end, maybe I’ll try sharing my iPad screen so the other person can follow along easily.

Little by little, these small experiments lead to large improvements over a longer time scale.
