Leather and Denim
One thing I’ve learned about my personal style is that I love leather and denim.
What I appreciate most about these two fabrics is that, when high quality, they only get better with age. I have a pair of Japanese selvedge denim that’s molding to my body, developing fades unique to my lifestyle. My favorite pair of shoes—black leather side-zip boots—are softening, forming rolls, and gaining a patina that makes them look even better over time.
With proper care, both leather and denim can last a lifetime, aging beautifully in the process.
Few materials can do that.
