Magic Moments
Part of onboarding for my new role is watching recordings of customer calls such as product demos and sales pitches.
In many of these customer calls there’s that “aha” moment, that moment when the customer realizes that our product solves a painpoint they have. I’ve heard some customers say, “I wish we had this sooner” or “where has this been all my life?” Especially during a sales pitch or first user experience, it’s crucial for your customer to experience that “magic moment” early.
