Movement Snacks
I used to think that working out had to mean hour-long sessions at the gym. But recently, I came across a reel that introduced the concept of “movement snacks”—short bursts of physical activity you can do throughout the day.
For example:
- Doing push-ups before a meeting
- Installing a pull-up bar and doing a few reps as you pass by
- Going for short walks
- Taking the stairs instead of the elevator
- Doing planks or squats wherever you are
These activities don’t require much time, equipment, or preparation, but they add up to keep you moving and energized throughout the day.
