Non-Goals

The word Decide has latin roots translated as “to cut off”. When we decide to do something we cut off other possibilities.

As a former workaholic, I tried to juggle multiple commitments at once; I tried to do everything.

But it’s not sustainable and frankly it’s overrated.

What we chose to not do is as valuable as choosing what we want to do.
