Personal CRM

Another piece inspired by Derek Sivers’ work

I’ve met many awesome people throughout the years. Unfortunately, I’ve lost touch with most of them. If we’re not intentional about it, keeping in touch is hard. That chapter of my life ends, things gets busy, and life goes on.

In a conversation with a friend he brought up the idea of a Personal CRM. Just like how sales teams have a customer relationship management (CRM) tool to keep track of customers, a Personal CRM is used to keep track of your relationships.

This idea isn’t anything new to me but I haven’t tried it myself. Maybe this is the year to try it out.

How do you maintain your relationships? I’d love to hear your answers here.
