Pushing Past Confusion
When I’m working on a difficult programming assignment, I’m often confused. I’m confused because I may not understand how to solve the problem or fix a certain bug. This confusion leads to discomfort.
But then I remember that I’ve been in this situation multiple times before in my degree. When doing anything difficult, confusion is necessary. Eventually after toiling through the problem, experimenting with different approaches, or asking for help, confusion turns to understanding. And to finally reach the point of understand is a magical feeling.
