Suki Koso Monono Jouzu Nare
Suki koso monono jouzu nare is a Japanese proverb that translates to what one likes, one will do well.
Like many aphorisms, it’s deceptively simple.
Growing up, I never wrote anything outside of a school classroom.
Around 5 years ago, I had a perspective shift on writing, and I’ve been writing every day since.
I came to fall in love with writing. I love the thoughtfulness. I love wrestling with ideas. I love expressing myself through words.
And over time my taste and craft have improved significantly.
