Tension and Relaxation

Whenever I’m in a state of tension: stressed, anxious, angry, fearful, or sad, my judgement is clouded. I often make suboptimal decisions or have done or said things I regret. I’m not able to perform at my best. I’m simply not myself when I feel tension.
I feel like myself when I’m relaxed. I make better decisions. I’m present in the moment. I’m creative. I give off a positive vibe. I can focus.
