Therapy is For People That Don’t Journal

I heard my friend say, Therapy is for people that don’t journal.” I think there’s truth to that.

Journalling for me is self-therapy, I do it nearly every day.

I journal when I’m stressed or anxious. I journal when I’m feeling grateful. And I journal when I need advice.

And more often than not, I realize I knew the answer all along.
