Thinking With AI but Working With Colleagues

In a recent podcast interview, Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft, mentioned that he thinks with AI but works with his colleagues.

I’m finding this to be increasingly true in my own work as well. I’ll develop a strategy, write a PRD, or plan an experiment, and then refine it with my colleagues afterward.

AI has become an incredible thought partner. I can ask it questions, get suggestions (even unexpected ones), and prompt it to improve my ideas.
