Virtual Restaurants

The current pandemic has forced restaurants to provide delivery or pick up only service. With the emergence of food delivery apps, this has accelerated a new trend, the virtual restaurant.

A virtual restaurant has no servers, no dining room, and no front of house. All orders can be processed and delivered through apps. This means that virtual restaurants have lower costs of entry than traditional brick and mortar restaurants.

Given this new model, its never been easier to start a restaurant, all you really need is a kitchen and an idea.
