We Are Too Poor to Buy Cheap Things

I heard this saying that stuck with me, “We are too poor to buy cheap things.”

Growing up, it was about buying the cheapest things. A good example of this was clothing. A decent amount of clothing I wore growing up was on sale or at fast fashion stores. And these items tend to wear down quickly.

Buying quality items is more expensive at first but since they last longer, they are cheaper over time.
