Working Hard is Overrated
Much emphasis is placed on number of hours worked and the intensity of those hours.
I think resting intensely is underrated yet just as important. I’m not only talking about sleep or vacations. I’m also talking about breaks between work sessions, lunch and dinner time, recovering after a long day at work, bathroom breaks, etc.
There’s many opportunities to rest during any given day. Resting intensely leads to higher intensity of focus and stamina whether you’re working, studying, or training.
