You’re Here for a Reason

There’s a reason I’m in NYC.
A reason I’m in this new role at work.
A reason I run this writing community.

There’s a reason the venue for next week’s event fell through.
A reason she said no.
A reason I’m facing these challenges.

And there’s a reason you’re here, reading this.

Looking back, the moments that once felt random or unfair—the ones that made me ask, Why is this happening to me?—have all led me here for a reason.
